SUSPENSE, CHAOS AND MYSTERY MEET AT THE MIDNIGHT CRISIS.

The UTMUN 2026 is a highly advanced, optional crisis committee held for one session on Friday, January 30th from 8:00pm to 11:00pm that is a venue for students to explore more crisis beyond their committee rooms.

The Midnight Crisis is highly exclusive with limited spots and an required application. There is no experience needed, in crisis committees or any type of committee. Delegates must simply be passionate and ready for the challenge.

Apply for the Midnight Crisis using the Delegate Events Form available here. Please note that due to high demand and limited committee capacity, participation in Midnight Crisis is application-based. All applications will be reviewed by the Registration Team on a rolling basis, and submission of an application does not guarantee selection.

Delegates selected for a role in Midnight Crisis will be notified via email by Wednesday, January 21st, 2026, and will receive an invitation at conference registration on Thursday, January 29th, 2026 or Friday, January 30th, 2026.

Delegates who are offered a role in Midnight Crisis and wish to withdraw must notify the Registration Team by Thursday, January 29th, 2026, by emailing registration@utmun.org.
