February 11–14, 2027 · U of T St. George
Registration
Twenty years of debate at the University of Toronto. Registration is now open — here is what it costs and how to bring your delegation.
Where things stand
Three ways
to attend
UTMUN 2027 runs from February 11th to 14th at the University of Toronto St. George campus. Delegations arrive through one of three routes, and each opens on its own schedule.
School registration is the first to open. If you are bringing a delegation, that is where you begin, and you do not need to wait for delegate registration to secure your place.
Registered by a Faculty Advisor or Head Delegate on behalf of the whole delegation, up to fifty delegates per school.
Students aged 13 to 18 at an academic institution, attending without a school delegation. Registered and paid individually.
Community groups and independent clubs. New for 2027, and approved by email before registering.

Register your delegation
School registration is now open. Faculty Advisors and Head Delegates register the delegation as a whole, tell us the size they expect to bring, and elect a payment method for the group.
Once your delegation is confirmed, your delegates complete their own registration when that opens, and receive their committee assignments from our Registration team.
The form must be submitted by a Faculty Advisor or Head Delegate. Your institution will appear as a selectable delegation on the Delegate Registration Form within 5 business days. Questions? Write to external@utmun.ca.
Delegates
Now open
Individual and independent delegate registration
The Delegate Registration Form is now live. Delegates from registered school delegations, independent delegates, and delegates paying individually all register through the same form.
Independent delegates, and delegates paying individually, must pay UTMUN directly online within the Delegate Registration Form.
Fees
What it costs to bring a delegate
Delegate fees are charged per person and rise with each window. Registering early is always the most economical option for a delegation.
Delegation fee. A single flat charge per delegation, whatever its size, separate from and in addition to the per-delegate fees above.
Delegations may settle by cheque, credit or e-transfer for the full amount. Full payment terms, invoicing and deferred payment arrangements are set out in our Registration Policies.
Size
How big a delegation can be
Because the conference continues to grow against a finite number of delegate positions, we cap delegations at fifty delegates per school. If you expect to exceed that, write to us before registering and we will talk through the options.
We do not use a fixed threshold to separate small delegations from large ones. There is no single number above which a delegation becomes large.
The distinction is set proportionally each year. Once registration closes we calculate the average delegation size across every school registered for that iteration, and the classifications follow from that average. It keeps the categories fair year to year, and means Delegation Awards are judged against the field as it actually is.

Delegations without a school
Now welcome to register
For the first time, UTMUN is allowing delegations that are not affiliated with a school to attend. Community groups, independent Model UN clubs and similar organisations are welcome to bring a delegation.
Write to the Under-Secretary-General of External at external@utmun.ca with details of your group, the size you anticipate, and the adult who will accompany your delegates. Please do not complete registration before receiving written approval.
Faculty Advisors
Ask me anything
Registration questions, invoicing, accessibility and accommodation requests, financial aid for a delegate who needs it, delegation sizes, switches and swaps. If it stands between your delegates and the conference, it is worth an email.
I would far rather hear from you early than have something go unresolved in January.
Twentieth Annual Conference
February 11–14, 2027
Registration is open. Bring your delegation to the twentieth annual University of Toronto Model United Nations conference.
