Paying
Delegations may settle by cheque, credit or e-transfer for the full amount. Independent delegates, and delegates paying individually, must pay UTMUN directly online within the Delegate Registration Form.
Invoices may be requested at any point in the school year by emailing external@utmun.ca. Financial aid is available and assessed by our Equity Team. If cost is a barrier for any of your delegates, please write to us rather than leaving them behind.
New This Year
Delegations without a school may now register
UTMUN is opening registration to delegations that are not affiliated with a school. Community groups, independent Model UN clubs and similar organisations are welcome to bring a delegation for the first time.
Approval is required in advance. Write to the Under-Secretary-General of External at external@utmun.ca with details of your group, your anticipated size, and the adult accompanying your delegates. Do not complete registration before receiving written approval.
Delegate swaps move to a single window
Swaps are no longer processed throughout the year. Once a slot is claimed it stays with that delegate unless dropped. On January 15th, every Faculty Advisor receives a communication and a dedicated form for submitting swaps.
If you intend to swap a delegate, do not register their replacement through the standard registration form. A separate form is issued at the deadline, and the process is facilitated directly with the Faculty Advisor or Head Delegate at that time.
Faculty Advisors are copied on switches
Delegates requesting a switch must both email us separately and CC their Faculty Advisor on all correspondence. Requests without the advisor copied will not be processed.
