Please check this itinerary again before the conference begins to ensure that no times have been shifted. We will endeavor to not change the schedule, but extenuating circumstances may require us to do so.

A reminder that all committee sessions will be taking place in your respective committee rooms. Specific room allocations will be published in January 2026.

THURSDAY, JANUARY 29TH

10:00 AM - 2:30 PM: Registration (In Person)
2:30 PM - 4:00 PM: Delegate Training (Crisis & Specialized, Online)

  • Led by the Academics Secretariat, Delegate Training is highly recommended for all students irrespective of grade level or MUN experience.

2:30 PM - 4:00 PM: UTMUN Trivia (Online)

  • UTMUN-themed trivia where students will be put into groups to compete for prizes! There will be prizes, good times, and a healthy dose of pre-conference competitive spirit.

4:00 PM - 5:30 PM: Delegate Training (GA, ECOSOC & RBs, Online)

  • Led by the Academics Secretariat, Delegate Training is highly recommended for all students irrespective of grade level or MUN experience.

4:00 PM - 5:30 PM: UTMUN Alumni & Canadian Universities Panel (Online)

  • a 1 hour online panel discussion and Q&A with undergraduate, graduate and professional degree students from Canada's top universities about student life, university advice, and how to leverage MUN for school, career and opportunities.

All events are in-person!

FRIDAY, JANUARY 30TH

9:00 AM - 1:00 PM: Registration

9:00 AM - 1:00 PM: UofT Guided Tours

  • Guided tours with the University of Toronto Office of Recruitment. These would begin at the Nona McDonald Visitors Centre and be a ~1 hour walking tour around campus!

  • Individual sign up is required through the UofT Office of Recruitment.

10:00 AM - 11:30 AM: Local Leaders Panel

  • A 1 hour in-person panel discussion and Q&A with Canadian MPs and MPPs on the current state of Canadian politics and the implications on local institutions.

11:30 AM - 1:00 PM: UTMUN Jeopardy

  • An in-person UTMUN-themed Jeopardy where students will be put into groups to compete for prizes! There will be prizes, good times, and a healthy dose of pre-conference competitive spirit.

2:30 PM - 3:15 PM: Opening Ceremonies

3:15 PM - 4:30 PM: Break

4:30 PM - 5:30 PM: Committee Session 1

5:30 PM - 6:00 PM: Break

6:00 PM - 8:00 PM: Committee Session 2

8:00 PM - 11:00 PM: Midnight Crisis (Registration Required)

8:00 PM - 11:00 PM: Midnight Crisis Movie Night

  • UTMUN Secretariat will host a movie night for schools who have some students attending Midnight Crisis and are looking for a close, on-campus place to unwind!

SATURDAY, JANUARY 31ST

10:00 AM - 12:00 PM: Committee Session 3

12:00 PM - 1:30 PM: Lunch

  • The University of Toronto Office of Recruitment will be hosting an Information Booth open to UTMUN attendees to visit and ask about the school!

  • Rose Sales and Merch Sales will be ongoing during lunch!

1:30 PM - 3:30 PM: Committee Session 4

  • Head Delegate/Faculty Advisor Feedback Session will occur from 2:30pm to 3:30pm in the FA Lounge!

3:30 PM - 4:00 PM: Break

  • Rose Sales and Merch Sales will be ongoing during break!

4:00 PM - 6:00 PM: Committee Session 5

6:00 PM - 7:00 PM: Depart or Travel to Delegate Social

7:00 PM - 10:00 PM: Delegate Social (Registration Required!)

10:00 AM - 12:00 PM: Committee Session 6

12:00 PM - 1:30 PM: Lunch

  • Rose Sales and Merch Sales will be ongoing during lunch!

1:30 PM - 3:00 PM: Committee Session 7

  • FunMUN, at Dais’ discretion.

  • Head Delegate/Faculty Advisor Feedback Session will occur from 1:30pm to 2:30pm in the FA Lounge!

3:00 PM - 3:30 PM: Break

4:00 PM - 6:00 PM: Closing Ceremonies

  • All individual and delegation awards will be presented at Closing Ceremonies at Convocation Hall.
