**Also, please note that from now, there will be no more switching of delegates in positions from delegations.**

cancellation policy

Delegates who choose to cancel their registration may be eligible for partial refunds.

  • Delegates who cancel their registration between September 18th, 2023 to October 16th, 2023 are eligible for a 40% refund.

  • Delegates who cancel their registration between October 17th, 2023 and December 4th, 2023 are eligible for a 20% refund.

  • Delegates who cancel their registration on or after December 5th, 2023 are not eligible for any refund.
