UTMUN is a high-school level conference. All delegates, including individual delegates, are expected to be enrolled in high school.
If you are an individual delegate, simply purchase one Delegate Registration ticket. All individual delegates require an adult chaperone. The chaperone may attend the conference free of charge.
This year, UTMUN is offering three options for delegates on the Saturday night of the conference. Delegates may choose to:
Take a trip to Ripley’s Aquarium of Canada! We are offering a subsidized price of $10 per student for this event. This price includes admission to the aquarium plus a trip to and from the aquarium on a chartered TTC bus. Please note a Faculty Advisor or Parent Chaperone must travel with students attending this event. Tickets can be purchased at the registration link below. Subsidized tickets are limited. Schools that have already registered can still purchase ticket’s to Ripley’s.
Attend Midnight Crisis. Delegates may apply to participate in our Midnight Crisis. The crisis will take place in the Marriott Hotel on Bloor St.
Attend our Social Lounge. For students who are interested in neither Ripley’s nor Midnight Crisis, we will offer a space for delegates to meet each other outside the committee room. This room in the Marriott Hotel on Bloor St. will be stocked with board games, trivia, and light refreshments.
Please note we are not offering a delegate dance this year. All three options above are completely optional and attendance will not impact a delegate’s standing at the conference.
Early Bird Registration: $95.00 CAD per delegate
General Registration: $120.00 CAD per delegate

Additional Details to Note
Payments are processed through Stripe, a popular and secure online credit card processor. Your payment information will never be sent directly to UTMUN.
Delegate fees for UTMUN 2019 will not cover lunches. Instead, delegates will have the opportunity to explore restaurants around the U of T campus and downtown area over the course of the 4-day conference.
Whether you are an out-of-province delegate or a resident of the GTA, we strongly recommend that you take advantage of UTMUN 2019's partnership with the Marriott Bloor-Yorkville and book any standard room (single, double, triple, or quad) at a special discounted rate of $179 per night. Staying within walking distance of the U of T campus will allow for the most immersive UTMUN experience, and easy access to downtown Toronto's major offerings.
Your registration does not guarantee your delegation rooms in the hotel. There are a limited number of rooms, and they are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Consider arranging your accommodations before registering.
Rooms must be booked before January 7th, 2019.
UTMUN does not guarantee that it will be able to accommodate your delegation at another hotel if rooms sell out.
Permission forms should be completed by all members of a delegation. All forms for a delegation should be submitted in a single email to email@example.com. Forms can be filled digitally; or printed, signed, and then scanned.
If you have questions about permission forms, email firstname.lastname@example.org.
UTMUN 2019 Scholarship
UTMUN is offering 12 delegates the chance to register free of charge. This UTMUN 2019 Scholarship is meant for students who demonstrate a strong interest in Model United Nations, but may not be able to afford the full price of registration. The UTMUN 2019 Scholarship covers the full registration fee, but does not cover travel to or accommodations at the conference.
We ask that delegates who are applying for this Scholarship still apply to UTMUN with the rest of their delegation, at full price. We will then discreetly present a cheque for the fee paid to the delegate at the conference.
If it is not financially feasible to pay the full registration fee up front, and your school cannot accommodate you, please email email@example.com and we will attempt to make alternate arrangements.
Applicants are asked to submit two short writing samples at the link below.
